¡Ay Caramba! (album)
¡Ay Caramba! is the 2006 release from Ska Cubano, off, U.S. based, independent, Cumbancha. The album mixes familiar Jamaican ska, Afro-Cuban son, retro-swing, salsa and Colombian cumbia. "Ay Caramba possesses the grainy authenticism of goodtimey Ska, just before the euphoria of Jamaican independence subsided, full of tall tales, late-nite shebeens, rum, and rhumba."[Notes 1] The album combines the sounds of Jamaican and Cuban music.
