Ülo Tootsen

Ülo Tootsen (13 June 1933 in Varstu Parish, Võru County - 12 March 2006) was an Estonian journalist and politician. He was a member of IX Riigikogu.[1][2]

His brother was journalist, writer and politician Toivo Tootsen. He has been a member of Estonian Centre Party.[1]
