2021 Copa Colsanitas – Doubles

Zoe Hives and Astra Sharma were the defending champions, having won the last edition in 2019, however Hives chose not to participate.[1] Sharma played alongside Aliona Bolsova, but lost in the semifinals to Elixane Lechemia and Ingrid Neel.

Lechemia and Neel went on to win the title, defeating Mihaela Buzărnescu and Anna-Lena Friedsam in the final, 6–3, 6–4. Lechemia and Neel both won their first WTA Tour doubles title.
