AC3Filter
AC3Filter is a free DirectShow filter for real time audio decoding and processing. It can decode the audio formats AC3, DTS, and MPEG Multichannel.[1]

It is also useful for increasing the volume. Can't hear anything out of your speakers, even though you've got them up to max? Just set the "Master" and "Gain" up to 20db, and you'll hear the speaker just fine.
