Or (monk)
Abba Or (died c. 390[1]) was an Egyptian Christian monk who lived around the 4th century in Nitria, Lower Egypt. He was one of the Desert Fathers. He is associated with Theodore and Sisoes the Great.[2][3]

Or is canonized as a saint in the Eastern Orthodox tradition. His feast day is August 7.[4]
