Description
Wasps of the tribe Ageniellini are smaller and thinner than most other spider wasps. Some have an iridescent quality to their exoskeleton, and darker, smokier wings.[1]
Habits
These are nervous wasps, frenetically and energetically searching for prey. They will often be seen scurrying over surfaces, battling prey, or lugging the prey to the nest. If they get into a house, they can be found at sunny windows.[1]
Nests
Nests are thimble or trumpet shaped, and are stocked with one spider each. These are made of mud.[1]
