History
Al-Madina was formed in 2005, becoming the first Syrian private radio station. Before this, only government and clandestine stations were broadcast. [1]
Broadcasting
WIth their constant emphasis on various music Almadina Fm has become one of the mainstream radio broadcaster of Syria. Almadina FM is known across the country and its a very popular radio station which has got programs that are full of music and playlists that are full of energetic songs from popular Syrian singers.[2]
