Aleksandra Sarancha (born 13 January 1992) is an Usbek water polo player.

She competed at the 2011 World Aquatics Championships, 2013 World Aquatics Championships,[1][2] 2010 Asian Games, where she won a bronze medal, and the 2014 Asian Games.[3]
