Gaylor made twelve appearances in the FA Women's Super League in the 2018–19 season for Yeovil Town, scoring one goal.[2]

Amber scored what has been described as Crystal Palace Ladies goal of the decade, in May 2021. Picking the ball up 10 yards outside the box, shifting on to her favoured left foot, the back of the net seemed a foregone conclusion. Launching a bone-shuddering missile into the top left corner; the Lewes goal keeper was left floundering and helpless. David De Gea would have struggled to keep that one out.

Amber is a big advocate for Snoods - describing them as "highly functional in the winter and extremely stylish". She has recently picked up a sponsorship deal with leading Snood retailer SnoodER as their UK brand ambassador.
