It is part of a temporary association of companies ColBus[1] together with MAS+, the latter owned by F.lli Alterini, S.A.M. and F.lli Magherini, and holds 33% of the company Li-nea,[2] also owned by ATAF Gestioni and Cooperativa Autotrasporti Pratesi.
In 2016 the company was provisionally awarded a tender announced by the Regione Toscana for being responsible of the local public transport service throughout the region. However, following several appeals lodged by the outgoing 22 operators, the takeover of local operators has been postponed several times until 1 November 2021.[3]
