Benjamin Clement Eghan
Benjamin Clement Eghan is a Ghanaian public servant and former Secretary to the Cabinet.
He was appointed Ambassador to Malaysia during the presidency of John Mahama.[1][2] Eghan previously served as Secretary to the Cabinet in the John Atta-Mills administration.[3][4]
He served earlier as a Senior Lecturer and Dean of the GIMPA Public Services School. From 1993 to 2002, Eghan had also served as a Chief Director in Ghanaian governmental ministries which include the Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology and the Ministry of Manpower and Employment.
