Bertrand Blanchet

Bertrand Blanchet (born 1932 in Montmagny, Quebec) was a Canadian clergyman and prelate for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Gaspé, and later archbishop of Rimouski. He was appointed bishop in 1973. He retired in 2008.[1]
