Bikkhov

Bikkhov (Bengali: বিক্ষোভ; transl. Protest) is an upcoming Bangladeshi film. The film directed by Shamim Ahamed Roni and produced by Pinki Khan under the banner of Splash Media. The film based on the 2018 students protests demanding road safety in Bangladesh.[1][2] It features Shanto Khan and Srabanti Chatterjee in the lead roles. And Rahul Dev, Rajatabha Dutta, Joydip Mukherjee, Shubashri Kaur, Sadek Bachchu, Shiba Shanu and Saberi Alam played supporting roles in the film.[3][4]

The principal photography of the film began on September 1, 2019 in Kolkata, West Bengal, where a team of 42 actors and crews including Shanto Khan, Srabanti Chatterjee, Rajatabha Dutta, Joydip Mukherjee took part in the filming.[5] The film's item song starring Sunny Leone were filmed in Mumbai, India from September 9 to 11, 2019.[6] The film was wrapped up on January 10, 2021.[7][8]

Release

The film is scheduled to release on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr 2021.[8]
