Colleen Barry
Colleen L. Barry is an American health policy scholar and professor. She is the dean of the Cornell Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy at Cornell University.[1] Previously, she was chair of the department of health policy and management at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. At Johns Hopkins she held the Fred and Julie Soper professorship and had a joint departmental affiliation in mental health. She was elected to the National Academy of Medicine in 2019. She completed a B.A. from Drew University in 1992. Barry earned a M.P.P. from John F. Kennedy School of Government in 1999 and a Ph.D. in health policy in 2004.[2][3]
