D100 Radio New York
D100 Radio New York is an Internet radio station headquartered in One World Trade Center in New York City.[1] The station primarily focuses on Top 40/CHR music programming, however D100 Radio produces programs that feature up-and-coming artists from various continents.[2] The station broadcasts through iHeartRadio, Apple Music, and Live365, also having its own mobile application and website for listening. D100 Radio has gained popularity in the United States due to its philanthropy projects, which have been featured on media outlets nationwide.[3]

History
D100 Radio was founded in 2014 by Dylan Carollo in Winter Park, Florida.[4] The station was originally produced on a podcast platform, with Carollo building a listener base through pre-recorded episodes. The station then moved to a 24/7 streaming format, and started to focus primarily on music programming. D100 Radio has created programs that focused on English and South Korean culture, with new artists able to be aired on its platform.[5]
Philanthropy
D100 Radio's On the Frontlines COVID-19 First Responder Fundraiser
In April 2020, D100 Radio announced a fundraiser that benefitted eight healthcare organizations across six U.S. cities in wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. These organizations included NewYork-Presbyterian and the FDNY Foundation in New York City, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, and others.[6] The fundraiser was interactive for listeners, where they could donate through an online portal to their desired organization, and the fundraiser was supported by UPS for logistical support. At its conclusion in May 2020, the fundraiser allocated over $30,000 throughout a two-week period.[7]
D100 Radio's "Talk College to Me" Podcast
In September 2020, D100 Radio announced "Talk College to Me", a podcast that focused on the college application process in wake of COVID-19. The podcast was available through Apple Podcasts, with its hosts being Carollo, a fellow student, and two high school college counselors in Florida and Tennessee. "Talk College to Me" featured admission counselors from Yale University, Boston College, Spelman College, and various other institutions around the United States.[8]
