Defence Housing Authority
Defence Housing Authority (DHA) (Urdu: اڈیفنس ہاؤسنگ اتھارٹی) is a real-estate development company that governs housing and municipal services for Defence neighbourhoods across Pakistan. It is the second largest gated community in Pakistan, after Bahria Town. It has a number of gated communities in many cities of Pakistan.

DHA allows the construction of houses and commercial buildings according to defined parameters, to create safe and environment friendly infrastructure.And it is the one of the largest real-estate and property development organization administered by Pakistan Army; primarily aimed to develop housing for current and retired military personnel.
