Diego Corrientes (1937 film)
Diego Corrientes is a 1937 Spanish historical adventure film directed by Ignacio F. Iquino.[1] It portrays the life of the eighteenth century highwayman Diego Corrientes Mateos, one of four films to do so.

Plot
As the end of the 18th century nears, the young Diego Corrientes quarrels with the tyrannical count of Albanes, who, after arresting Diego, orders him to be spanked. Accused of murder and in love with the count's girlfriend, he flees to the mountains and forms a gang.
