Diversity, equity, and inclusion

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is a term used by organizations and training programs that attempt to ensure all people, regardless of race, gender, or other demographic attribute, are able to succeed in an organization.[1]

Criticism

DEI training has been criticized as ineffective, due to the short time-frame of the courses and a focus on legal compliance.[2]

Conservative activists such as Christopher Rufo have criticized the ideological content of DEI programs, claiming they promote critical race theory.[3]
