History

In September 2021, National Medical Commission (NMC) issued a letter of intent for 100 MBBS seats for starting of academic session 2021-22 at Dr BR Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences.[6][7]

Facilities

Spread in 10.4 acres,[8] Dr. B.R. Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences have a 500-bed hospital.[9] Hospital was inaugurated in August 2021.[10] There are 3 Pressure swing adsorption Oxygen Plants[11] and 32 Ventilators.[12][13]
