East-West Group

East-West Group is a holding company based out of Luxembourg which operates a network of internationally based service companies focused on the Central Asian, Caucasus, Russian and Middle Eastern energy markets. The group offers a range of services such as business development, project management and engineering services.

Not to be confused with EastWest Institute or East–West Center.

The company offers services in consulting on the business practices in the focus markets, possible market entry and business development strategies, and advanced market analysis with the use of strong sector insight. A full range of engineering design and project management support services include a range of technical and non-technical services, which offer support to international businesses during project acquisition and implementation in the region. Local representation and agency services are also proposed by the group.

The group is represented in the United States, Belgium, United Kingdom, China, Russia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and the UAE, and consists of several international subsidiaries: SCATRA Limited, East-West Engineering and Technotrade. East-West Engineering is a private project design institute in Central Asia, with projects completed.
