History

In 1990, Fortune International Group expanded its sales by releasing a proprietary sales and development platform.[2]

In 2004, the company completed Jade Residences project, a residential skyscraper in Brickell, Miami. Formula 1 driver Juan Pablo Montoya owned a unit in the building.[3]

In 2013, the group begun sales and construction of Jade Signature which was the fourth "jade" building by Fortune International Group. Jade Signature was designed by Herzog & de Meuron and has 57 stories.[4] Jade Signature received $284 million loan from HSBC in September 2014.[5][6]

Other development projects includes Hyde Resort and Residences in Hollywood,[7] Auberge Beach Residences in Fort Lauderdale,[8] and The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach.[9]
