Elliott Payne

Elliott Payne is a member-elect of the Minneapolis City Council, and will serve the city's First Ward. He was elected in the 2021 Minneapolis City Council election in early November 2021,[1][2] and will take office on January 3, 2022.

Political career

Payne previously served in the Minneapolis office of Performance and Innovation.[3]

Personal life

Payne grew up in Milwaukee, and moved to Minneapolis to study at the University of Minnesota, where he earned 2 degrees.[4]
