Emiru

Emily Schunk[1] (born January 03, 1998) is an American Twitch streamer and cosplayer.[2] The American gamer is known primarily for streaming League of Legends on Twitch and her cosplays. She has earned more than 603,000 followers for her Twitch channel. She is also a content creator for gaming and esports organization Cloud9 (C9).[3][4]

Early life

Schunk was born in Kansas, on January 3rd, 1998,[5] to a German-American father and a Chinese mother. She grew up in Wichita, Kansas and graduated from high school in 2016. She moved into gaming organization One True King's streamer house in Austin sometime in 2021.[6]

Career

Schunk started streaming on Twitch in November of 2016 with League of Legends, she later became known for this along with her cosplays.[7][8]

On August 28th, 2020 it was announced that Schunk had joined esports organization Cloud9 as a content creator.[3][4]

In 2021, the design of the newly released League champion Gwen was partially inspired by Schunk, whose cosplay was used as part of a reference board by a Riot Games illustrator working on the project.[8]
