Empress Xiaohui (Song)
Empress Xiaohui (孝惠皇后 賀氏; 929 AD–25 January 958 AD) was a Chinese Empress Consort of the Song Dynasty, she was the first wife of Emperor Taizu.

Empress He is the eldest daughter of He Jingsi. She was born in Kaifeng where she met there her future husband, Zhao Kuangyin. Zhao family moved from Luoyang to Kaifeng and grew up together with Lady He. They married when she was just 16 years old. The marriage was described as lovely and happy, Zhao Kuangyin cared deeply about his wife. Lady He was born with a weak body but still gave birth to 3 sons and 2 daughter . Lady He died before his ascension of unknown causes and was posthumously awarded with title of "Empress Xiaohui".She was buried in the An Mausoleum .Emperor Taizu always regretted that he was not able to grow old with her and cried when remembering her. His wish was to be buried together.
