FM Attack
FM Attack is a project of Shawn Ward, a Canadian synthwave artist from Vancouver, British Columbia. Ward released his first EP ‘In The City’ under his own name on Turbo Recordings by Tiga in 2001 before, after over a dozen solo releases, he created FM Attack. FM Attack's 2009 debut album ‘Dreamatic’ gained exposure in 2011 when actor Ryan Gosling mentioned the directing team were fans of the record during an interview with the Sydney Morning Herald while promoting the now-influential cult movie, Drive.[1][2][3] In the years since, FM Attack has released five full-length albums, an EP and has made numerous appearances on remixes and collaborations with other artists, including MNYNMS.
