Fair Trade Outsourcing (commonly referred to us Fair Trade or FTO), is an American IT-BPO company (Information Technology - Business Process Outsourcing). Founded in 2016 by Mike Scott Dershowitz as Rethink Staffing,[1] its headquarters is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, with a global operation of nine sites in the Philippines (Iloilo City - Philippine headquarters, Iloilo City 2 - Molo, Iloilo City 3 - Guanco, Bacolod, and Davao), Ghana (Accra), Mexico (Chihuahua and Guadalajara), and Colombia (Medellin).

The company has been involved in outsourcing services in various global campaigns of companies it serves preferably U.S. based. Originally founded as Rethink Staffing, it changed its name to Fair Trade OuTsourcing in 2019.[2] In 2021, it opened its first site in Africa in Accra, Ghana.[3]

Facilities and global operations

Fair Trade maintains headquarters onshore in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[4] The Iloilo City (Main Site) functions as the 1st global and Philippine center for operations which opened in 2016. From being a start-up IT-BPO company in 2014, it rose with 1,200+ employees (as of 2021) and 9 global sites in 5 countries in 4 continents.
