Fania Lewando

Fania Lewando (Yiddish: Fanny Levanda, Hebrew: פאנני לעוואנדא; née Fiszelewicz) was a cook in Vilnius[1] and author of the first Yiddish vegetarian cookbook in Europe.[2][3][4] She was born in 1888 in Włocławek in the Russian Empire and died around 1941.
