FarEye
FarEye is an "intelligent delivery management platform" providing the "holistic delivery experience" for carriers, shippers and end customers.[1][2][3] The organization was founded with the objective to introduce artificial intelligence, machine learning and automation to delivery processes across retailers, manufacturers, food and grocery and third-party logistics/transportation enterprises.[4][5]

History and Description
FarEye was founded in 2013 by Kushal Nahata,[6] Gaurav Srivastava[7] and Gautam Kumar.[8][9] FarEye is headquartered in Noida with its offices in Chicago, London, Dubai, Noida and Singapore.[10] In 2014, FarEye raised $317K from Indian Angel Network in a Series A round of funding.[11][12][13][14] In January 2016, FarEye raised $3.1M Series B funding from Elevation Capital.[14][15][16] In 2017, FarEye won World Post and Parcel award.[17][18][19][20][21][22][23]
In 2018, FarEye acquired freight logistics marketplace Dipper Technologies in a cash and stock transaction.[24][25][26][27] During this time, FarEye was recognized in Gartner’s Market Guide for Real-Time Transportation Visibility Providers.[28][29][30] In 2019, FarEye partnered with Zalora to enhance the customer shopping experience.[31][32] In January 2020, Hindustan Zinc (HZL) partnered with FarEye to build the logistics industry’s 1st Digital Control Tower.[33] FarEye added $37.5 million in Series D funding in 2020 from M12 (Microsoft's Venture Fund), Eight Roads Ventures, Honeywell Ventures, Elevation Capital, Fundamentum Partnership and KB Investment Group.[2][34][35][36] In the same year, Ex-Blue Yonder executive Amit Bagga was appointed as chief revenue officer of FarEye.[37][38][39][40][41][42] In January 2021, FarEye announced Employee Stock Ownership Program liquidity program.[43][44][45] The program included the distribution of $739K to liquidate eligible ESOP options.[46][47] In February 2021, former Dropbox executive Suvrat Joshi was appointed as chief product officer of FarEye.[48] A month later in March 2021, FarEye acquired the logistics technology startup PY Technologies.[49] PY technologies,[50] earlier known as PRTouch, was founded by Jignesh Vasani in 2012. He joined FarEye as vice-president.[51][52] In May 2021, FarEye raised $100 million in its Series E round, which was co-led by TCV and Dragoneer Investment Group.[53][54][55] Existing investors M12, Eight Roads Ventures, Fundamentum, and Honeywell also participated in the round.[55][56] In June 2021, FarEye partnered with Drone Express, a commercial drone delivery service and a division of TELEGRID Technologies to power autonomous drone deliveries for retailers in the United States[57][58][59] In early September 2021, FarEye announced that its intelligent delivery management platform to be available on SAP Store.[60][61]
