FedRAMP Authorization Act
FedRAMP Authorization Act (H.R. 21) is a proposed United States law that would provide the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) statutory authority within the General Services Administration (GSA). It was introduced to establish an authoritative standardized approach to security assessment and authorization for cloud computing products and services that process unclassified information used by agencies.[1] It passed the House on January 5, 2021.[2]
