Fengate Asset Management is an alternative investment firm based in Toronto, Ontario and focuses on investments in infrastructure, private equity and real estate.

History

Fengate Asset Management (Fengate) was founded in 1974 by Louis Serafini Sr. in 1974 in Hamilton Ontario. In 1995 Lou Serafini Jr. joined the organization and became Chief Executive Officer in 2002.[1] During this time Fengate has secured $4.2 billion in capital.

Onroute 2019 ONroute was acquired by Arjun Infrastructure Partners and Fengate Asset Management in May 2019 [3][4]
LAX ConRAC 2018 In 2018 Fengate was selected as the part of a consortium of 11 companies for a $2 billion contract to build the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Consolidated Rental Car Center (ConRAC). [5]
Sault Ste. Marie Solar Farms 2017 In February 2017, Fengate reached a financial close on acquisition of three solar photovoltaic farms in Sault Ste. Marie. Together, the three farms generate approximately 69 MW of energy – enough electricity to power about 24,000 homes. [6]
Valley Line (Edmonton) 2016 In February 2016 TransEd Partners, a consortium composed of Fengate Asset Management, Bechtel, Bombardier, TransDev, ARIP, the IBI Group and EllisDon, reached a financial close on the Valley Line Light Rail Transit – in Edmonton, Alberta. Estimated at $1.8 billion the 13km LTR line runs from 102 Street Stop to Mill Woods Town Center. [7][8]
