Fengate Asset Management is an alternative investment firm based in Toronto, Ontario and focuses on investments in infrastructure, private equity and real estate.
History
Fengate Asset Management (Fengate) was founded in 1974 by Louis Serafini Sr. in 1974 in Hamilton Ontario. In 1995 Lou Serafini Jr. joined the organization and became Chief Executive Officer in 2002.[1] During this time Fengate has secured $4.2 billion in capital.
