Fiji women's national rugby sevens team
The Fiji women's national sevens rugby union team won the gold medal at the 2011 Pacific Games. They qualified for the 2013 Rugby World Cup Sevens.[1] The Fijiana team qualified for the 2016 Olympics by winning the 2015 Oceania Women's Sevens that was held in Auckland, New Zealand.[2] In 2018, they placed 5th at the 2018 Commonwealth Games[3][4] and 11th at the 2018 Rugby World Cup Sevens.[5]

Fiji also qualified for the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo and went on to win bronze after defeating Great Britain.[6][7]

Team
Current squad
Fiji's roster of 12 athletes was named on 6 July 2021. Also Lavenia Tinai, Ana Maria Roqica, and Rejieli Uluinayau were initially named as travelling reserves.[8] However, Tinai and Roqica were added to the squad to replace the injured Tokasa Seniyasi and Uluinayau.[9]
