Francis Szpiner

Francis Szpiner (born 22 March 1954) is a French lawyer who currently serves as the mayor of the 16th arrondissement of Paris since 2020.[1] During the Abdullah Öcalans appeal to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), he was the lawyer representing the Turkish Government.[2]
