God's Country is an upcoming American neo-western thriller film written, produced and directed by Julian Higgins in his feature directorial debut. The film stars Thandiwe Newton, Jeremy Bobb, Jefferson White, Joris Jarsky and Tanaya Beatty.

Production

On February 19, 2020, Thandiwe Newton had been cast to star in the film.[2] The film was shot in Montana.[3] On April 16, 2021, Jeremy Bobb, Jefferson White, Kai Lennox and Tanaya Beatty joined the cast.[4]

Principal photography began in spring 2020, but was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[5]
