Habiburrahman Suhiab
Habiburrahman Suhiab is an Afghan Taliban politician who is currently serving as deputy governor of Kunduz Province since 7 November 2021.[1][2] He was appointment by leaders of the Taliban after the 2021 Taliban offensive.[3]
