Harris Reed

Harris Reed (born May 20, 1996 in Los Angeles, California)[1] is a British American fashion designer.

Reed is known for his gender fluid designs, that often play with themes centred around masculinity and femininity.[2][3] Among his better known work he has designed and styled for the singer and actor Harry Styles, including creating and placing him in a dress on the outside face of Vogue magazine, as the first man to grace its front cover.[4][5] He collaborated with Dolce & Gabbana in 2021, dressing the supermodel Iman for the 2021 Met Gala and accompanying her to the event in a matching outfit.[6]

Reed is a 2020 graduate of Central St. Martin's in London, and due to the pandemic he showed his graduation collection on Instagram and ran his design studio out of the Standard Hotel in London.[3] In 2021, he was awarded "Breakthrough Designer" in GQ magazine's annual "Men of the Year" awards.[7]

In September 2021 Reed launched a line of jewellery with Missoma.[8] He also collaborated with MAC cosmetics to put out the Harris Reed x MAC Collection.[9]
