Igor Bugayev
Igor Bugayev (Russian: Игорь Борисович Бугаев; 26 February 1933 – 22 November 2021) was a Soviet-Russian politician.[1] He served as First Secretary of the Presnensky District Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union from 1975 to 1977.[2]
