Independent Expert Panel

The Independent Expert Panel is a body of the British Houses of Parliament which reviews complaints about Members of Parliaments' behaviour, such as bullying, harassment or sexual misconduct.[1] The Panel was established in 2020 in response to a report by Dame Laura Cox and replaced the Committee on Standards in this role.[2][3][4] It is entirely independent from Parliament, and its members are not MPs.[1] The Panel can impose sanctions on MPs.
