Johann Ludwig von L'Estocq

Johann Ludwig von L'Estocq was the brother of Jean Armand de Lestocq.

In 1720, Johann married Helene Clara Chappuzeau (1690-1768), the only sister of Jacob Chappuzeau. They had just one child, Karl Ludwig (1725-1806), and divorced in 1726.

His nephew Alexander Chappuzeau (1720-1755) (Shapiza), was the son of Jacob Chappuzeau, and was aide de camp to Count Jean Armand de L'Estocq, who was involved in 1741 in putting Elisabeth of Russia on the throne. The nephew was also the great-grandson of Samuel Chappuzeau.
