Johfrim Art and Design Studio

Johfrim art and design studio is a Contemporary African art gallery in Nigeria and Scotland. The gallery is housing 6,000 diverse artworks from various African artists like Nike Davies-Okundaye and it's holds the third largest art collection in Nigeria.[1] [2][3][4]

Johfrim started as a private art collections 30 years ago and was founded by Chief Josephine Oboh Macleod in 2013. She is the first black female to own a contemporary African art and Cultural center, in Scotland.[5][6][7]

Johfrim is housing some of African and international artworks[8]and the gallery holds the third largest African art collection in Nigeria with 6,000 art works excluding sculptures, paintings and other media.It's behind Oyasaf and Nike Art Gallery with 7,000 and 8,000 artworks respectively. Johfrim hosts cross-cultural events and represent work by about 50 artists like Lamidi Olonade Fakeye, approximately 70% of whom are from Africa. Johfrim is an affiliation of the JOM charity.[9][10][11][1][12]
