Janno Lieber

John "Janno" Lieber (born c. 1961)[1] is the head of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) in New York. He was appointed Acting Chair and CEO in July 2021[2] and in November New York State's governor, Kathy Hochul, announced she intended to nominate him as permanent head of the MTA.[3]
