Juan José María Santa Cruz (born 12 September 1979) is a Chilean lawyer and politician. He is the current Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency[3] and in 2018 y 2020 was appointed by Sebastián Piñera as Undersecretary of Justice[4] and General Undersecretariat of the Presidency.[5]
