KRG Studios was established by Karthik Gowda,[2] Executive Producer of Hombale Films in the June 2017 and has been distributing Cinemas of all Genres across Karnataka. Around September 2017, Karthik Gowda [3]joined hands with Yogi G Raj, [4] [5]a Director.[6] In the year 2020, KRG Studios reported another endeavour, KRG Connects (Movie Marketing Unit) . [7][8]

Furthermore, ventured into Movie Production with Rathnan Prapancha, a film starring Dhananjay (actor) and directed by Rohit Padaki. [9][10][11]
