Karanvir Singh

Karanvir Singh is an Indian entrepreneur and founding chairman of Visionum Group. He is a native of Punjab and Sikh by religion.[1][2][3]

Early life

Karanvir was born in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. Karanvir did his schooling from Guru Nanak International Public School, Ludhiana and later came to Indore for bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science, Indore in 2008 and completed his MBA Executive Program at IIM Rohtak.[4][5][6][7][8]

Career

Karanvir started his career as a Software Engineer by working for the USA based Computer Sciences Corporation[9] (CSC). While working for CSC, Karanvir developed and managed the relationship with Standard Mutual and Builders Risk, both insurance clients for CSC and solely coordinated across many cross-functional teams from CSC, client and partner vendors, located in USA and India. He then started Visionum Group.[10]

Recent achievements

Karanvir is focusing on the front of Smart Cities in the domain of Transportation, Health, Education, Energy, etc.[11]

In 2015, Karanvir was selected as Global Shaper at World Economic Forum from Indore hub.
