Kickstart FC

Kickstart FC is an Indian women's football club from Karnataka. They participate in Indian Women's League. Men's side plays in BDFA Super division. Kickstart FC was nominated for I-League 2nd Division in 2019 but didn't make it to the final list approved by the AIFF.[2]

They are the 2019–20 champions of the Karnataka Women's League,[3] which is the top division women's premier football league in Karnataka.[4][5]

History

Kickstart FC was founded on 9 July 2016 by Mr. Shekhar Ranjan and Laxman Bhattarai to develop grassroot level football in Karnataka. In 2019-20 Santosh Trophy, 10 players from Kickstart FC played for senior state team of Karnataka, most of any football club in India.
