Kirar

The Kirar,is a Hindu Kshatriya caste whose traditional occupation is landholding and cultivation.

They have said to be originated from Kiradkot, which was ruled by the Kirad clan of Rajputs, from 6th to 8th century.[1]

Kaila Devi is known to be there tutelary deity along with Yadav and Jadaun Rajput of Karauli state.[2][3]
