Kirill Gevorgian
Kirill Gevorgian (Russian: Кирилл Геворгян; born 8 April 1953) is a Russian jurist and diplomat. From 2003 to 2009, he served as Russia's ambassador to the Netherlands. In 2014, he was elected to the International Court of Justice for a term beginning the following year.

On 8 February 2021, Gevorgian was elected Vice President of the Court, succeeding Xue Hanqin.[1]
