Lalit Bhati

Lalit Bhati (1959 - 5 November 2020) was Indian politician, senior Congress leader and State minister in Rajasthan government belonging to the Indian National Congress party. He was assigned the post of General Secretary in the State Congress Committee and was considered close to Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.[1][2]

Early life

He was born in a businessmen family in 1959. His father's name was Shankar Singh Bhati who was from Ajmer city in Rajasthan, India.[3]

Death

Lalit Bhati died on 5 November 2020 Wednesday night due to problems related to Kovid. Bhati was found corona positive a few days ago. He was admitted to the Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital in Ajmer on Tuesday after he had difficulty in breathing, after which he died on Wednesday night due to covid related problems.[4]
