Longest words in Hebrew

The longest word in Hebrew is the 19-letter-long וּכְשֶׁלְּאֶנְצִיקְלוֹפֶּדְיוֹתֵינוּ' [.ux.ʃe̞ːl.le̞'ʔe̞ːn.t͡siː.klo̞ː.pe̞ː.di.jo̞ː.te̞i.nuː.], which means "And when to our encyclopedias..." The Hebrew word "אנציקלופדיה" [int͡siklopédia] (encyclopedia) is of a European origin. [1][2][3][4]

The longest word in Hebrew that doesn't originate from another language is "וכשלהתמרמרויותינו," (u'lechshetitmarmerna) which roughly means "And when, to our resentments/ grievances". The 11-letter-long (including vowels) וְהָאֲחַשְׁדַּרְפְּנִים (veha'aḥashdarpením) is the longest word to appear in the Hebrew Bible.[5] Its meaning is "And the satraps". It isn't of Hebrew etymological origin.

Another such word "וכשבהשתעשעויותיהם" (u'chshebehishta'ashuateyhem) meaning: "And when they were having fun" or "And while in their playfulness" is also one of the longest.[6]
