Balbay, Kyrgyzstan
Balbay (Kyrgyz: Балбай, formerly Sarybulak) is a village in the Issyk-Kul Region of Kyrgyzstan. It is part of the Tüp District.[1] Its population was 2,284 in 2009.[2]
