Sobidar Maqsood Ali was the first chairman of Mahni Sial union council. He established the 1st Union council of . After that that he connect the village to national highway via 8 kassi. This road named Muhammad Rafiq road . Sobidar maqsoid dedicated this road to his elder son Muhammad Rafiq. Sub maqsood established new ethics and regulation in Mahni Sial politics, and approved establishment of the first hospital in this area. Rana Riasat Ali shaheed was a notable politician of village.

The majority of people who live in this town are Rajput, Jut, Sial, Araaeen, Kumhar, and Kmbho; individuals of other castes are also here.

Mostly Rajputs settled here are from Hisar division and Rohtak. Juts from all over the Indian Punjab and local Sials also live here.
